Warehouse OperationsPerform warehouse operations to include, but not limited to, identifying, determining location, and transporting raw and finished materials and supplies to designated locations for storage and/or production. Additionally, organize and perform batching and pre-cleaning procedures. Track, document, and provide documentation as appropriate and in compliance with policies and procedures.Essential Job Functions:Raw Material (25%) -- Identify and verify raw materials received and distribute to appropriate location(s) in accordance with procedure and work order.Finished Material (25%) -- Identify, package, and distribute/load finished products for storage or shipping in accordance with work order.Supplies (25%) -- Receive, verify, document, and move to storage or location in accordance with work order.Production (25%) -- Organize and perform batching and pre-cleaning procedures.Duties:Receive, distribute, and store products as directed in designated, secure locationsPrepare and maintain records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent informationReview shipments for quality and accuracy; review accompanying documents for accuracyConfirm shipping details or special instructions; expedite shipments that affect the manufacturing process scheduleTransport and load materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks and skids)Resolve issues with contractors or vendors when problems ariseValidate, approve, and forward invoices to accounting departmentCollect and properly dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintain a safe and clean work environmentPrepare batches for cleaning processes according to internal regulationsOperate the pre-cleaning systemPerform other related duties as assignedCompetencies:Do What is Right -- Honest and ethicalFocus on What Matters -- Customers, quality, judgmentSucceed Together -- Teamwork, respect, integrityCommunicate with Confidence -- Listening, communicating, seeking clarification and feedbackEducation, Experience & Certification Requirements:Required: High School Diploma or equivalentOther Requirements:Regular attendance and presence in the designated workplaceSound judgment and decision makingProblem solvingTeamworkSolution orientedEffective verbal and written communication skillsWorking Conditions:This role requires both office and manufacturing environment work.You will: Sit for extended periods of time, use manual dexterity for computer work, and perform detailed verbal communicationsSpend time in the manufacturing environment with equipment, robotics, chemicals, required attire/uniforms/clean suitsEncounter wet surfaces, noise, and/or moving machinesStand for long periods, handle small parts, and maintain attention to detail and cleanlinessWear safety gear and lift up to 25 poundsTo Apply:Click on "apply" to be directed to the site to complete the full application process.
