Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders to ensure our clients feel their best.
- Companionship: Engaging in friendly conversations, playing games, going for walks, or just being there to listen—because sometimes, that’s the best medicine.
- Meal Preparation: Whipping up delicious and nutritious meals, or even cooking together if that’s what brings a smile to their face
- Light Housekeeping: Keeping the environment clean, cozy, and safe for our clients.
- Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or simply out for a fun day.

What We’re Looking For:
- Compassion & Empathy: A kind heart and a genuine love for helping others are a must.
- Experience: Prior caregiving experience is great, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
- Reliability: Our clients depend on you, so showing up on time and ready to care is crucial.
- Good Communication: You’ll need to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, their families, and our team.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- MUST be available in the mornings from 8 am to 12 pm. Additional hours may be offered
Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly.
