Responsibilities * Lead technical initiatives, setting standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycle. * Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria. * Mentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignment. * Coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews. * Facilitate sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals. * Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications, focusing on integration between frontend and backend. * Debug complex issues, providing optimized and scalable solutions. * Participate in architectural discussions, contributing a full-stack perspective. * Ensure code meets acceptance criteria, and assist with sprint planning and delivery. * Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and guiding technical solutions. Qualifications

* Strong experience with Angular (version 12+), Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases.

* Familiarity in reactive forms and UI optimization.

* Experience with AKS or Kubernetes, Docker, and other container tools.

* Familiarity with AKS or similar container orchestration platforms.

* Experience in end-to-end testing using Cypress.

* Knowledge of CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Docker, GitHub, and JFrog for streamlined deployment.

* Agile framework and Rally for sprint management.

* Debugging and performance optimization techniques.

* AWS Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 12/15/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant‘s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant‘s applicable plans.
