Restoration Production ManagerAs the Restoration Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processReview all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficientlyMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsResolve problems quickly as they arisePerform production work as neededAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition RequirementsValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredXactimate knowledge a mustRestoration Industry knowledge in water/fire/mold/contentsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessarySkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
