Requirements:

  • Experience in employment law (ideally in ADA and FMLA)
  • JD from an accredited law school with stellar academic credentials
  • Prior experience in human resources, education, labor or government contracting a PLUS
  • Admitted and in good standing admission with Florida Bar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Self starter who thrives in an independent environment and also as part of team
