Job Description


A large midstream operator is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in support of encroachment projects for facilities, terminals, and pipelines. The projects will include both facility upgrades and pipeline relocations. Their day to day responsibilities include generating project estimates, managing project budgets, scheduling, and contract negotiations. The Project Manager will also review encroachment design, review and approve encroachment inquiries, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate construction activities.
