As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all IT and Network Management functions for our organization. We invite qualified candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in LAN and WAN network management, cyber security, VOIP telecom systems, and other key IT areas.



Responsibilities:

  • · Manage and oversee all IT functions, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our network systems.
  • · Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • · Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • · Implement and maintain cyber security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
  • · Oversee the management of LAN and WAN networks, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple locations.
  • · Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
  • · Manage VOIP telecom systems and other communication technologies.



Qualifications:

  • · Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles.
  • · Proven expertise in LAN and WAN network management.
  • · Strong background in cyber security, including risk management and threat mitigation.
  • · Experience with VOIP telecom systems and other communication technologies.
  • · Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of IT professionals.
  • · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
