Natural Food, Good People.Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Territory Manager based in the Midwest Region. The ideal candidate resides in the Kalamazoo, MI area.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Represent our brands in stores with merchandising: Improving the product mix, improving shelf placement, building displays, restocking inventory.Introduce new products from our brands to grocery retailers throughout the territory.Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principal clients.Be as knowledgeable as the principals about their product lines.Be proactive in supporting retailers, distributors and principals with resets, store openings and trade shows.Audit stores to maintain a record of new and existing placement and maintain quality communication with all retailers, distributors, principals, and Green Spoon team members.Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned Key Accounts and their category managers as well as Distributors (UNFI / KeHE, etc.).Work and build relationship with distributor reps in the territory, UNFI & KeHE specifically.Write turnover order filling voids, case stack deals, and new item placement.Update internal tracking applications on a daily basis.RequirementsPositive attitudeGreat attention to detailProficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPointExcellent time management skillsAbility to multitaskInterest in organic food and productsMust have reliable transportation to get store to store and carry samplesMust own a smartphone and computer to perform dutiesGreen Spoon supplies Microsoft Office SuiteCollege degree preferredNatural food and grocery experience requiredMust excel in both verbal and written communicationSome of the awesome benefits you will receive as a Team Member at Green SpoonAmazing company culture15%-25%+ higher salary package over competitive agencies401k Match Plan - 100% Employer Match up to 4% of Salary100% covered strong Health insurance plan100% covered strong Dental insurance plan100% covered strong Vision insurance planCritical Illness & Accident & Hospital Indemnity insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountShort-term and Long-term Disability insuranceLife insuranceStrong PTO PlanPaid Personal Wellness Days10 Paid Holidays (Birthday - paid day off)"Home for the Holidays" BreakBi-Monthly Office AllowanceAnnual Team BuildsAnnual Wellness ReimbursementPaid Volunteer Hours 1% For The Planet (Team on a Mission)Thank you in advance for your interest in Green Spoon.
