Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage operations at our San Jose, California facility. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and supervising warehouse staff. This includes ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly and on time. The Warehouse Coordinator will also play a key role in maintaining a secure and organized warehouse environment, implementing best practices for storage and handling. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various departments and external partners. A key focus of this role is upholding stringent safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all lifting guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a challenging yet rewarding position for an individual looking to take on significant responsibility within our growing logistics operation.Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, providing guidance and supervision. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts. Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources. Implement and enforce safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and safe lifting techniques. Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Manage the upkeep and maintenance of warehouse equipment. Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that arise. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
