You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Pay Rate: $17.25/hrSchedule: open availability, weekdays/weekendsEssential duties and responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.Perform other duties as assignedPre-Requisites:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics storeStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to customersBasic math and computer skills requiredKnowledge of basic POS principles and cash handlingPassion for gaming and knowledge of gaming productsSelf-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targetsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Salary Ranges (per annum): $37,445.00 - $64,058.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
