Business Analyst S&OP

Sales & Operations Planning AnalystThe Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst is responsible for the overall quality and continuous improvement of the TaylorMade S&OP process in North America (NAM). The analyst will play a key role in the monthly S&OP cycle by providing insights based on reporting and key performance metrics to support critical business goals. The analyst will build a strong internal network to drive engagement with key stakeholders, as well as champion accountability and follow-up action. This analyst will play a critical role in driving consensus across the commercial and sales teams to deliver an effective S&OP process.Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Manage the S&OP calendar while holding stakeholders accountable to key deliverables and deadlinesDrive adoption of scorecards and dashboards to automate supply chain activities and provide analysis for decision making during S&OP process reviewsCollaborate with cross functional partners to gain alignment on best practices and process optimizationHelp create tools to measure on-time delivery performance, inventory health, order fulfillment, and other key performance indicatorsIdentify and implement system enhancements and reporting improvements to enable continuous improvementUtilize data to effectively communicate insights and trends across the NAM businessUnderstand and communicate downstream impacts of supply decisions on internal and external customersManage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPerform ad-hoc analysis and scenario modelling to support the S&OP process in the event of any supply disruptionsKnowledge and Skills Requirements:Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExperience managing large sets of dataAbility to clearly present complex ideas to an executive audienceExceptional communication skills across multiple levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, packaging, fulfillment, and/or merchandising3-5 years of professional experience in related rolesExperience in the golf industry strongly preferredWork Environment / Physical Requirements:Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone useAbility to work extended hours as necessaryAble to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruptionLight physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materialsTaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
