Clinical Pharmacist position details: Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital Location: Tampa, FL Status: PRN As Needed, exempt Shift: 7AM-3:30PM, 2:30PM-11PM Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career. Certifications and Licensure: Required: Pharmacist - State of FL Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist) Requirements Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred Preferred: Acute Care This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
