Clear and Active Florida RN License

American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

2 years of experience with Telemetry patients and Cardiac Drips

Full Time (36 hours/weekly)-Night Shift (7p-7A)

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for providing "Patient Centered Care" for a group of patients assigned to them.

  • Nursing care is planned, directed, and evaluated with a holistic perspective, which may include physical, developmental, emotional, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual dimensions.
  • Developing a comprehensive Standard of Care, which meets identified patient care outcomes and evaluates the effectiveness of a nursing plan of care, involves gathering information in an orderly manner.
  • Nursing care will be administered in accordance with established nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • In order to individualize care, initial assessments provide a baseline for future comparisons.
  • To meet the patient's changing needs, ongoing assessment and reassessment are necessary.
  • It is the RN's responsibility to ensure that documentation is accurate, that supplies are adequate, and that equipment is operated correctly.
  • RNs are responsible for educating their peers, patients, and families. It is essential that all aspects of the RN's performance contribute to service excellence and creating a healing environment.
  • In addition to the above duties, performs other tasks as assigned.
