Mitigation Estimator/SalesThe Mitigation Estimator/Sales role is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, and price projects. They are responsible for ensuring an accurate scope of work is created, delivering a consistent and complete estimate, and maintaining a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers involved in restoration and mitigation services.Primary ResponsibilitiesEstablish customer relationshipEducate customer on the processWork with customers to understand desired upgrades/changesEnsure that estimates meet client requirementsAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements for a projectDeliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimateRecognize project constraints and/or needed upgradesIdentify and document finalized project scope of workAssemble accurate and well-organized estimatesDeliver and communicate estimate to Insurance adjustersEducation and Experience RequirementsBA in engineering or similar relevant field preferred2 years previous mitigation estimating and/or insurance adjusting experienceSuperb customer serviceEffective written and oral communicationProficient use of Xactimate estimating softwareCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam PlayerTravel as needCompensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day We're seeking self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates to join us in our mission of helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses with an industry-leading level of service.
