Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services. You will engage with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and resolve complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information on products, services, and order statuses.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service software.
