Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Join WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital's team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs in Gettysburg, PA. We're seeking CRNAs with experience who can provide care to all ages in a non-trauma hospital with approximately 30,000 visits/year.

  • Must be certified as a Nurse Anesthetist; experience preferred
  • Work with an established team
  • Excellent work/life balance – Monday-Friday days, no call, no holidays, no weekends

Competitive Compensation Package:
  • Salary commensurate with experience - $220K+ for experienced CRNAs
  • Signing incentives up to $80K
  • PTO bridging based on years of experience
  • 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $3,500 CME allowance
  • 6 paid holidays
  • Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability
  • Retirement plan with WellSpan contribution up to 6%

Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree Required
  • 1 year Relevant experience. Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required
  • Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
