Branch ManagerThe Branch Manager is accountable for the overall operation of the ResCare HomeCare or All Ways Caring Branch. The Branch Manager must manage all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business leaders in the community as well as local, regional and Corporate management while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. As business conditions change, the Branch Manager assesses the impact and responds accordingly to ensure maximum profitability and expense management. The Branch Manager is also responsible for selecting, training and developing the branch staff and for monitoring performance to achieve business results by leading the branch staff in business development, service delivery, client satisfaction and retention. Responsible for management of all aspects of recruitment and selection processes. Responsible for overseeing Human Resources including: interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and employee relations.Responsibilities include overseeing all branch operations to achieve financial goals and ensure profitability, building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and management, leading recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff, managing HR functions including hiring, orientation, and employee relations, monitoring quality systems and managing risks related to compensation and expenses, analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to improve branch performance, driving sales and marketing efforts, ensuring excellent client service, and developing and executing the branch's annual business plan.Qualifications required include 1+ years supervisory experience, 1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare or related setting preferred, experience managing systems, processes, and people, BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience, ability to work flexible and after hours as needed, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, problem solver with the ability to handle client and employee issues effectively, and relationship-builder with a desire to grow business connections.All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
