Job Summary: We are hiring a Material Handler for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of materials within our warehouse. You will be responsible for moving, storing, and preparing materials for shipment, utilizing various types of equipment. Apply today and be part of our teamResponsibilities: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Move materials from receiving to storage areas and from storage to staging for shipment. Load and unload trucks and containers. Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts. Ensure materials are properly stored, organized, and secured. Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues. Follow all company Safety policies and procedures meticulously. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational demands. Adhere to all guidelines regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Keep the work area clean and free from debris. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is required. Valid forklift operator certification or the ability to obtain one. Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs). Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices. Good understanding of logistics and material flow. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual attendance.
