CNA/STNA/CAREGIVERHome Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possibility of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.Responsibilities:Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergencyProvide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobilityLaundry, light cleaning, and cookingMaintain a safe and clean environment for the clientKeep accurate and detailed records of client care and progressCommunicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and managementAdhere to all policies and procedures of the companyRequirements:Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipmentCNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.Experience is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and patient attitude towards clientsWilling to take drug test and background checkReliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insuranceEEOC Statement: Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
