In a world of disruption, our solutions empower organizations to navigate challenges seamlessly, enhancing their HR capabilities and fostering a resilient workforce.Work You'll DoAs a Payroll and Workforce Management Project Manager, you should expect to be involved in the following:Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, business owners, and senior executives to understand business objectives and translate those goals into an end-to-end solution that ensure scalability, performance, and security.Establish Deloitte point of view for clients about leading practices for WFM/HR processes and technologies.Develop and manage client relationships.End-to-end management of WFM and/or HR applications, including timeline, budget, and quality and risk management.Demonstrating your leadership experience, being self-accountable to the outputs of the team.Taking responsibility for leading teams, delivering work and designing the work effort, managing the timeline and budget, and quality and risk management.Emerging business advisor, Project/Workstream Manager, Leader of others, sales support.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience6+ years of experience actively working with HR and WFM functions and processes, demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills6+ years of actively working with HR and WFM products and technologies6+ years of experience working with global fortune 500 firms6+ years of external consulting experience6+ years of experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetingsLead a team in the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, TestingAbility to interact at all levels of the client organization, including developing strong relationships with client executives.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment4+ years of experience with and desire to mentor junior staffAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.2+ years of experience in driving/supporting salesThe wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000.
