Director OperationsThe organization is a leading industrial automation solutions and industrial networking services provider.Job DescriptionProvide strategic oversight for all operational functions, including warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and account support.Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with financial and growth objectives.Establish and track KPIs for cost control, service levels, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee warehouse activities to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe product flow.Improve warehouse layouts, workflows, staffing, and ERP-driven performance visibility.Direct purchasing to optimize cost, supplier reliability, contract negotiation, and replenishment.Manage inventory accuracy, planning, and KPI performance such as turns and fill rate.Lead process and system improvements, maximizing ERP/EDI capabilities and standardizing SOPs.Develop, mentor, and evaluate operations managers to foster accountability and collaboration.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
