With a tradition of excellence in dance since 1977, we are dedicated to providing high-quality dance education to students of all ages and skill levels. Our studio is conveniently located at 305 E Market St Ste H, in the heart of Leesburg, Virginia.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Contemporary Jazz and Tap Dance Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for conducting dance classes, developing and implementing lesson plans, choreographing routines, and providing feedback and guidance to students. The Dance Teacher will also collaborate with other instructors and participate in studio events and performances.

Qualifications

• Dance Instruction and Teaching Skills
• Experience in dance education and choreography
• Proficiency in Contemporary, Jazz and or Tap dance styles
• Knowledge of music and its relation to dance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior teaching experience is a plus
