Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking exceptionally talented mid-level solo attorneys with debt collection experience for long-term, flexible, remote engagement with a WBENC (woman owned and operated) law firm with offices nationwide with a focus on financial institutions. Candidates must have experience in debt collection matters. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously navigating the legal landscape to ensure compliance with SBA regulations, taking decisive action against loan defaults, as well as other responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to supplement your own practice with additional work in your field of practice


Successful candidates will have the following:


  • Experience drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
  • Ability to analyze and assess loan default cases, identifying key legal issues.
  • Experience or familiarity in enforcing SBA regulations, with a focus on loan defaults preferred.
  • Experience with foreclosure cases and familiarity with bankruptcy preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in state (New York) and in federal court.
