About the Role

  • Responsible for leading and managing a 90 bed, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care nursing center.
  • Develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas (operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service) and will manage all fiscal activities and reports. You will grow the centers’ presence and facilitate positive change


What we are looking for in a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
  • Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
  • One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
  • Must be able to adhere to our Service Standards.
