Title: Payroll SME

Work Location: Rahway, NJ

Duration: 3-4 months contract

Pay Rate: $40-65/hour on W2


****Hybrid position with worker on-site Monday through Wednesday (may need to be onsite some Thursdays)****


Client works with ADP payroll and Workday (Must to Have)

Candidate would need to be subject matter expert in how ADP works with large global organizations and provide guidance on payroll best practices.

For example, individual would need knowledge of variance reports and other “checks and balances” that are best practices for payroll department

Individual would not be processing payroll but would need understanding of underlying processes and how these can be applied at client.

Individual would be expected to ask they “Why?” questions and challenge the status quo.
