Clinical Care LPN/LVN Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $30.40 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Clinical Care LPN/LVN Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is M-F 8:30am-7:30pm, Sat 9am-530pm, Sun 9am-4:30pm
  • **This is a full time contingent position, starting at 30 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours, and may require floating to other nearby locations and working alternating weekends**

Clinical Care LPN/LVN Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.
  • Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Assess patients during intake
  • Take vital signs
  • Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
  • Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
  • Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
