In this role, you'll play a key part in building and maintaining software that powers our Annuity products, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and innovation in a fast-paced financial environment. What You'll Do Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop, code, and unit test applications using enterprise tools and technologies. Support and enhance systems that drive Annuity operations. Participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours work to keep systems running smoothly. What You'll Use You will work with the following technologies (training resources provided for self-study): COBOL JCL DB2/SQL ZEKE/ZENA or related job scheduling tools Xpediter/AbendAid or similar debugging tools Additional skills considered a plus (not required): MOVEit/FTP APIs (z/OS Connect) What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, or related field. Technical Skills: Foundational programming knowledge and willingness to learn mainframe technologies. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication.
