Position Title - SaaS Enterprise Sales Representative
We seek an experienced, highly motivated sales executive to join our client-focused sales organization and work with our enterprise prospects and accounts. This key position is responsible for selling to and supporting end users and channel partners by leveraging all routes to market selling our market-leading Partner Management solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performance: Exceed personal revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Selling: Carry out discovery, software demonstrations, pricing, and agreement negotiations discussions with qualified leads
- Management: Manage escalation, participate in weekly sales meetings, manage pipeline activity
- Engagement: Help clients understand our products' capabilities to allow us to develop winning solutions that are tailored to the client's specific business needs
- Prospecting: Participate in client prospecting events and trade shows when needed
- Contribution: Enrich our team and organization with your SaaS sales knowledge and experience
Skills Requirements:
- Customer Focus: Act in ways that demonstrate customer focus and satisfaction by building effective relationships with customers, identifying, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations
- Partner Focus: Act in ways that demonstrate partner focus and satisfaction by building effective relationships with partners, identifying, meeting, and exceeding partner expectations, and treating partners with dignity and respect
- Effective Communication: Deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive to their intended audience
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of a given industry and relevant marketplace; can speak with authority, e.g., on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.
- Effective Selling: Utilize a solutions-oriented, systematic approach to selling, leverage mastery of sales best practices and ZINFI’s sales methodology
- Business Acumen: Understand key aspects of business, e.g., business models and competitive positioning; also understand how business operates, including the role of structure, systems, and processes; can speak in business language when applying professional expertise
- Consultative Selling Experience: Ability to help each prospect organization target and solve unique pain points
- Financial Acumen: Use financial analysis to make decisions, evaluate opportunities and choices; know how economic decisions impact business success
Experience Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Business-to-Business Sales experience (ideally in technology), with emphasis on consultative selling, five years in SaaS applications for marketing and sales automation solutions (CRM administration experience is a plus)
- Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment and an understanding of technology and technological innovations
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
Travel:
- Business travel of approximately 30% yearly is expected for this position.
