Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Part-time or Per Diem)

Location: Lexington, MA


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into each child's unique sensory integration needs and challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing innovative and evidence-based neuro-based sensory integration techniques.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance sensory processing, motor coordination, and self-regulation skills.
  • Foster collaboration with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and document progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans for optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts).

  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
