Commercial Lending Relationship ManagerAs a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, you will oversee and manage commercial loan portfolios and develop new business. Experience in commercial lending with the ability to develop and retain business is important while Stock Yards Bank will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate's skills and to further his/her career goals for advancement to higher levels within the banking profession.ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Solicit business from prospective customers and current customer baseEvaluate loan requests and approve loans within authority or make loan recommendations to managementAnalyze financial and credit condition of applicants and determine loan payment capabilitiesNegotiate credit terms and conditionsService and retain existing customer baseJob RequirementsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:BA/BS in business, finance or related fieldMinimum of two years experience in Commercial LendingProven ability to develop and retain businessGood communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorKnowledge of lending services and bank productsKnowledge of loan, bank and regulatory policyAbility to analyze loan requests and determine borrowing need and repayment sourcesBenefitsThe following benefits are available:401(k) with a company match of up to 6%ESOP employer matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceCancer / Disease insuranceAccident insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountsBank paid Life / AD& D insuranceVoluntary Life / AD&D insuranceBank paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
