Production Operator - 2nd shiftPay: $22.75 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hourLocation: Hillsboro, WIShift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 1:00PM to 9:00 PM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.General Labor is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.This role is part of our Dairy Food business who creates dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. We believe theres power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to peoples lives.Key Responsibilities:Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and othersShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quicklyAble to work in a fast-paced environmentEnsures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production processMaintains cleanliness and organization of work areaCollaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignmentsRequired Experience and Skills:Must be 18 years or olderBasic computer and math skillsAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructionsWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshootStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectfulPreferred Experience:1+ years of work experience in any industryPhysical Requirements:Able to lift/carry up to 50 poundsFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are presentAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
