An equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted.5+ years in a similar or industry-related role.2 years of which must be in a leadership capacity. Experience in a manufacturing environment is heavily preferred.Working ConditionsPhysical Requirements: Sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about.
