Its private dental offices provide the highest quality dental care, tailored to each patients needs, in a comfortable and caring environment. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive oral exams on patients (including patient interviews and taking medical and dental history), devise and implement treatment plans using intra-oral and extra-oral photographs and digital radiographs, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures for children, adults, and seniors; Diagnose and treat dental disease, injuries and malformations of hard and soft oral tissues and related oral structures, and help prevent oral disease; Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, root canal treatment, fillings, crowns and bridges, simple and surgical extractions, occlusal guard, teeth whitening, and cosmetic dentistry, including smile design and veneers, implant planning, placement, and restorations, implant supported partial and complete dentures, and socket preservation. Ensure patient record-keeping, including treatment plans and specialist recommendations; Educate patients with oral hygiene instruction, caries prevention and control, causes and treatment of dental problems; Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws; and, Care for each patient with personal attention while performing dental treatments. Required Licensure: Commonwealth of Massachusetts Licensure in Dentistry Required Education and Training: A minimum of a Doctorate in Dentistry (DMD, DDS) from an accredited School of Dentistry in the United States, plus 1 year of training in dentistry (training outside of the United States accepted) including: Training in Prosthodontics Training in Oral Surgery Training in Periodontics Training in Orthodontics Competitive compensation and benefit package included.
