Project Architect (Senior Level) – Pensacola, FLDirect Hire | Architecture & Engineering IndustryNo C2C Inquiries ASAP is hiring on behalf of our client for a direct hire Project Architect to support a growing architecture and engineering practice in Pensacola, FL. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, licensed architect who enjoys leading projects from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a high-quality, design-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, from programming and conceptual design through construction administrationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsCoordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines to ensure design intent and project goals are metDirect the development of construction documents using RevitPrepare and review project deliverables, ensuring quality control and compliance with applicable codes and standardsMentor and support junior architectural staff with guidance, oversight, and technical expertiseConduct site visits, field measurements, and construction observationRespond to RFIs and submittals and review shop drawings during the construction phaseParticipate in permitting processes, consultant coordination, and preparation of project manuals and specificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program8+ years of professional architectural experience, including demonstrated project leadership and management responsibilitiesStrong working knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standardsProficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plusRegistered Architect in Florida or eligible to obtain Florida licensureStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyLocal to the Pensacola, FL area or willing to relocateValid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits as needed
