Position Overview Duration: Approximately 12 weeks (January through April) Hours: 32-40 hours per week Compensation: Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate 24 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonus opportunities Training: Candidates must be willing to attend training sessions prior to the commencement of tax season. Key Responsibilities As Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax preparation office.
