Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and providing overall support to our litigation team. The role will involve working closely with attorneys, organizing case files, maintaining trial calendars, and assisting with case strategy.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
  • Experience and proficiency in legal research
  • Ability to efficiently draft pleadings and motions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with employment law is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal is required.
