Corporate Security OfficerInter-Con is searching for aspiring individuals to join our thriving team of Security Officers. Requires strong computer skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.Responsibilities:Perform access control related duties, to include guest management.Greet guests and perform customer service-related activities.Issue access badges, including temporary, vendor and guest badgesMonitor activities within the Reception Area through CCTV/Alarm monitoring.Assist facilities team members as neededQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderMust possess current Nevada Guard CardMust possess a CPR/First-Aid CertificationMust possess a Valid Nevada Driver's License or State IdentificationRequires proof of Education, High School Diploma or equivalentMust demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various computer programsSuccessful completion of a background review and drug screeningDemonstrated commitment to the security and reception team missionExperience working with high-level individuals in complex, unstructured situationsMust have excellent writing and analytical skillsMust be able to create and cultivate trust and transparency in all relationshipsComfort/fluency in multiple security disciplinesRequires the ability to adjust priorities to multiple demands and unanticipated events as well as adjust decisions and actions to new informationAbility to adapt and show resilience in response to changing circumstancesTreats change and new situations as opportunities for learning and growthRequires the ability to build positive working relationshipsAbility to build and value interpersonal relationshipsCompetency in building long term relationships consistent with current and future needsRequires the ability to attend to and verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed informationAbility to effectively demonstrate understanding, communicate and clarify meaning for others
