Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary Care

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. Serve a medically diverse patient population and enjoy working in an ideal location.
- Open to both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine experience
- A minimum of 2 years of Primary Care NP experience is required
- Flexible FTE from 0.5-1.0
- Outpatient Primary Care only
- Good practice location and diverse patient panels
- On-site lab
- Sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance available
- Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 annually
- The compensation amounts listed may include quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

It is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering coordinated care to patients using a team-based model. The clinics diverse patient population enjoys easy access to primary care and same-day specialty consults. On-site services include x-ray, laboratory and interpreter services to provide compassionate, convenient care.
