Dealer Lien Perfection Sr. CoordinatorThe Dealer Lien Perfection Sr. Coordinator will be calling dealers, customers, and DMVs to follow up on the title status of accounts placed in PP and working the initial contact on new accounts. A likely match for this position is a self-motivated individual that can work under limited supervision who has efficient time management, multitasking, problem solving, and attention to detail skills.Responsibilities:Provide a world class experience for our customers through strong communication skillsUpdating various trackers, sending out documents to customers and DMVs & verifying accuracy of documentsDemonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detailEnsure accuracy and highest quality assurance standardsManage multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize workflow, and get the job done in an efficient mannerExhibit professionalism & morale with associates at all levels including external contactsCall dealerships and customers to obtain title status updatesCall DMVs and previous lien holders when necessaryRun state inquiriesPlace necessary documents on a tracker to send to perfect the accountsSend lien placement documents to customerAnswer emails and voice mails within an SLA periodJob Level: Sr. CoordinatorWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm CSTWork from Home Technology Requirements:Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractionsReliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is requiredA private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the networkInternet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactionsISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferredTo validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing pageBoth Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are metCapital One reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed and service package from the associate. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Capital One reserves the right to modify internet service requirements with sixty (60) days notice. Internet Service Provider specs can change by provider and location within the US.Work from Home Location Requirements:This role is 100% work from home.
