SALES LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Specialist

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist, who will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization as well as nurturing the development of our customer training program. This position involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs to enhance technical skills, boost performance, and align with organizational goals. You should have a passion for learning, excellent instructional design skills, and the ability to facilitate effective learning experiences.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a cohesive commercial training strategy for our sales onboarding program by ensuring an up-to-date agenda and facilitate the follow up procedures to ensure the success of our new employees.
- Organize monthly trainings for the commercial sales teams to continue their knowledge about the business, the industries we serve, and processes we follow.
- Oversee the scheduling of all commercial trainings and collaborating with the necessary individuals.
- Mature existing learning programs, including curriculum, instructional materials, and assessment tools, to address identified training needs and professional development of employees at various levels within the organization.
- Ensure the continued growth and development of our customer training program, TVH University, to ensure the courses are filled, certify an effective enrollment process, maintain logistics are defined and successfully executed, and continue to enrich and increase our class offerings.
- Supervise the annual duties for TVH University including scheduling, literature updates, class content, ecommerce presence, pricing, and enrollment analysis.
- Build strong partnerships between training and leadership to ensure a streamline communication process and fulfill all desired needs.
HOW TO SUCCEED
We’re looking for someone who thrives with a wide range of responsibilities. To join us you need:
- 2 years or more experience with training or instructing others
- Leadership experience
- Confident public speaking skills
- Adequate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
- Must demonstrate the ability to interpret learning styles and adjust training delivery
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to format and present complex information in an easily understood manner
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality through a high level of detail and accuracy in performance
