Director, Hotel Level Marketing - Portfolio StrategyThis role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, or Remote (in the U.S.). This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions As Director of Portfolio Strategy, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that support Hilton hotels and key stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director of HLM-Portfolio Strategy, you will serve as a critical member of the Hotel Level Marketing team, driving accountability and alignment across property-level and above-property marketing leaders. In this role, you will optimize marketing execution and foster collaboration with internal partners to elevate Hilton's brand narrative. We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member's career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate.Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.What your day-to-day will be like:Bring a strategic marketing voice to the Hilton's commercial teams, complementing that of Revenue Management and Sales.Create awareness across the Marketing organization to region / hotel-specific business needs and create links between internal marketing teams.Ensure understanding between enterprise and hotel marketing activity; providing guidance to a portfolio of hotels to improve efforts.How you will collaborate with others:Collaborate with AVPs, Hotels, Management Companies, Ownership groups, and regional teams to identify areas of opportunity to grow digital performance for an identified portfolio of hotels.Coordinate closely with Hilton Management Services (HMS) to ensure smooth handoff and ramp of new openings within the identified support region.Create a collaborative team environment among the Portfolio Strategy team through training opportunities, new tools, and best practices sharing.What deliverables you will take ownership of:Identify strategic opportunities to improve commercial performance within an identified portfolio of hotels.Champion the Hotel Level Marketing perspective across internal workflows, ensuring that property-level insights and priorities are consistently represented in cross-functional planning, decision-making, and execution.
