PART 4 is looking for a Freelance Designer, experienced in both social media and digital ad campaigns You’ll be an integral member of the design department and help create campaigns for some of the biggest movies and television shows of the year. You are a self-starter with a pulse on the latest digital trends and have a desire to produce engaging creative. You have a passion for problem solving and understanding people. You anticipate needs, find good communication invaluable, and multi-tasking energizes you to produce your best work. You also watch movies and TV more than others and are excited to share that passion with the world.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


  • Work closely with P4 Art Directors to maintain brand guidelines while executing deliverables across social media and digital ads.
  • Independently concept and communicate your ideas while remaining open and collaborative to creative direction, strategy and client feedback. 
  • Create storyboards, concepts, and functional design solutions and provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
  • Maintain a pulse on the latest creative trends and design fresh, on-trend cohesive campaigns. 
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including creative & strategy leads, copywriters, project managers, editors, motion graphic artists, and developers. 
  • Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions.


SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: 


  • 5+ years working in a fast paced, ever changing agency or creative client environment.  Entertainment experience is required.  
  • Highly efficient in Adobe Suite with unparalleled skill in Photoshop and, at the least, a working knowledge of Illustrator and After Effects. AE proficiency is ideal.  
  • You are comfortable working in a demanding environment that requires quick turnarounds and on the fly thinking / problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of typography, design principles, color theory, composition, and design trends. 
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. 
  • You strive to be the best in the business and possess strong collaboration skills, top notch communication, an excellent work ethic, a keen eye for detail, top notch organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease. 
  • Flexible and able to work occasional extended hours or weekends if needed. 
  • Bachelor's degree in visual communication or any other design related field
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating your proficiency with digital design is required.
