REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in eliciting requirements


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluation of Automation, AI, and ML features within existing tools, as well as looking for areas within our organization where we could benefit from process automation

• Some tools include MS CoPilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, MS Power Automate, Qlik, LinkedIn, etc.

• Consult with the business to facilitate and lead them in understanding, defining, and documenting requirements that will meet desired efficiency and automation outcomes and results utilizing AI tools

• Optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions

• Prototype automation solutions

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business AI/ML needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users

• Lead and drive the project meetings

• Collaborate with the development team to turn functional requirements into technical requirements

• Process Analysis: Thoroughly analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.


This opportunity is a six-month contract position in Kennesaw with a potential option to extend or convert (no guarantees). After the 1st two weeks, you can telecommute up to two days a week. Some weeks, you may be in the office five days a week due to projects and meetings.
