If you value teamwork, ownership, and solving tough problems, Flock could be the place for you.The OpportunityAt Flock Safety, the Field Marketing Operations Manager will lead the strategy, systems, and execution that power our field marketing programs. This role is responsible for building the operational foundation that enables the Field Marketing team to deliver exceptional, measurable experiencesfrom flagship conferences to regional activationsthat generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer engagement.This individual will own process design, campaign operations, and performance reporting to ensure seamless execution and continual optimization across programs. The Field Marketing Operations Manager will also lead vendor and cross-functional coordination, as well as manage tools and infrastructure to deliver efficiency and excellence at scale.The Skillset46 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Marketing Operations (B2B preferred).Proven experience managing complex event programs and supporting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (Asana preferred).Strong analytical acumen with experience translating marketing data into business insights.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a focus on driving clarity and results.Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.90 Days at FlockWe prescribe to 90 day plans and believe that good days lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired in this role at Flock Safety.The First 30 DaysYou understand our field marketing and events workflowsYouve built strong cross-team relationshipsYouve surfaced at least one improvement opportunityYouve attended an event and gained a deep grasp of the event processThe First 60 DaysSetup time with TSMs recently in the field to understand their event experience and areas we can improve our processesReview the pre-event and post-event checklists to refine event processes to improve future events.Create a strategy plan for Field Marketing Operations with areas for improvement to deliver world-class event experiences to our internal and external partners90 Days & BeyondTake full ownership of Field Marketing Operations strategy and planningProactively identify and execute improvements to increase event efficiency and effectiveness of internal attendees at the event for pipeline generation.Build a library of best practices based on pre-event operations to refine future events and enable the scaling of our event processes and team.Salary & EquityIn this role, youll receive a starting salary between $90,000 and $100,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.
