Commercial Hvac/Plumbing Project ManagerI am working with a well-respected, established mechanical contractor seeking experienced plumbing estimators. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.I am looking for a rock-solid leader in the commercial hvac/plumbing industry ready to manage a motivated team. Commercial plumbing project manager experience required. If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.If you have the following, you could be on track to a solid career as a commercial hvac/plumbing project manager:Viewpoint spectrum or equivalent software proficiency2-5 years as an hvac/plumbing assistant estimator or project managerStrong experience with multi-fam new construction, high-rise and low-riseSelf-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spiritYou know as well as I do that this industry is recession-proof since every bank, church, and skyscraper requires fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical services.
