You will be responsible for supporting financial planning and reporting for the Wellpartner 340B business unit through tasks such as month-end close variance analysis and budget and forecast modeling. This position impacts strategic decision making and sustainable long-term earnings growth by supporting and improving financial processes as well as providing data driven insights.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and updates SQL databases and Excel reportsAssists in the preparation of monthly financial packages to be presented to senior leadersDevelops margin analyses, projections, reports, and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensures financial data accuracyIdentifies trends and developments in competitive environments and prepares findings for senior leadersCarries out ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity which may include: financial metrics, process improvement initiatives, competition, etc.Subject matter expert for 340B for FP&ARequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years relevant FP&A experienceAdvanced skills with Microsoft Excel, experience using functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.Advanced SQL skills and the ability to connect data across multiple sourcesAttention to detail and curiosity are critical success factors for this rolePreferred QualificationsExperience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmaceutical, or healthcare industriesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with products such as Alteryx, Dataiku, etcPrior experience with products such as SAP S4, Hyperion, Essbase, Anaplan, etc.Excellent time management and communication skillsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or BusinessAnticipated Weekly Hours 40Time Type Full timePay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
