We are making strategic decisions to heavily invest on detecting system vulnerabilities and threat activities, correlate and analyze problems, then remediate, notify and block attacks from malicious actors against customer cloud environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine scope, plans, and milestones for building and delivering a new trusted infrastructure. Drive improvements of existing apps deployed on OCI infrastructure. Ensure timely delivery of milestones, as well as executive leadership visibility and alignment of key deliverables. Manage risks and issues, paths to green, and delivery planning for program. Facilitate and drive technical discussions across multiple teams, leading to buy-in and alignment across teams and up through leadership. Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices. Work with partner teams outside our organization and externally with Oracle.Must Have Qualifications10+ years leading large cross-functional technical programs. 15+ years of experience in program/project management, release management, or related field. Program Management Leader who run large cross OCI programs independently and represent the org and program needs in all exec forums. Experience efficiently and effectively communicating status to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations (technical and non-technical stakeholders). Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels, including the executive level. Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
