Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience, at least 10 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree. 5 or more years of supervisory or lead experience required. Aircraft maintenance experience a plus. Knowledge/Skills: Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to direct leads and other team members. Ability to travel and work alternative work schedules. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write correspondence.
