This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being and comfort of our seniors through hands-on maintenance support and personalized transportation services.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Maintenance Director with various maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the community- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance as assigned- Provide reliable transportation to seniors for scheduled doctor appointments, grocery shopping, outings, and other personal needs- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during transportation and assist with mobility as needed- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and transportation schedules- Foster positive relationships with residents, offering friendly and respectful serviceSkills and Qualifications:- Proven ability to perform maintenance tasks with skill and attention to detail- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to senior care- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record- Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide excellent customer service- Flexibility to handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment- Prior experience in maintenance, transportation, or senior care is preferred but not required- Ability to work full-time, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetOur community values a caring, inclusive culture that promotes growth and respect.
