Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a market leading fertility company seeking a New York based Senior Embryologist.
Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Monitor lab conditions and equipment to optimize embryo development.
- Collaborate with the medical team on individualized ART treatment plans
- Keep accurate records of lab procedures and patient information.
- Participate in quality control, equipment maintenance, and laboratory inspections.
- Engage in research to improve lab protocols and outcomes.
- Stay updated on ART and reproductive biology developments.
- Assist in training and supervising lab staff and students.
- Perform various ART procedures including ICSI
To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in biological science required.
- 2-3 years minimum experience, 3-5 years preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field.
- Experience in a clinical embryology laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of embryology laboratory techniques, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
